About that water bottle: Take your water bottle in hand and turn it up-side-down. You should see a little triangle with a number in it. This is not just the recycling number. If you see a number 1, it indicates that this kind of plastic has the mighty potential of leaching the chemicals from the plastic into YOUR bottled water. Water is a solvent, and the chemicals such as bisphenol A's-BPA's- are very toxic. They can cause many health problems for men, women, and children. Is this what you want in your water? Of course not!
